Live Australian Multi-Brand Assistance SaaS Platform For Sale

Assist Platform Enterprise is a live, multi-brand software platform developed for the Australian caravan, towing and trailer assistance markets.

The platform currently operates three public brands: VanAssist, TowSmart and TrailerWise. It is supported by Assist RIC, proprietary operational, research and data tooling used for administration, structured information and platform development. Shared capabilities include administration, structured provider and location data, search, AI-assisted search, user and provider workflows, operational controls and documented deployment processes.

Current position:

• Three live public websites: vanassist.com.au, towsmart.com.au and trailerwise.com.au

• Shared PHP 8.3 and MariaDB 11.4 architecture

• Australian market focus

• One owner-operator

• Pre-revenue: A$0 current revenue

• Approximately A$50 monthly operating cost for sale-material purposes, excluding variable AI/API usage, transaction fees, marketing, accounting and owner labour

Potential monetisation paths include commercial partnerships, subscriptions, lead generation, labelled advertising, referrals, licensing and white-label deployment. These are opportunities, not current revenue.

Proposed deliverables include the VanAssist, TowSmart and TrailerWise brands and domains; the shared codebase; relevant brand assets, content and social media accounts; administration, provider/data and deployment assets; operating documentation; and a packaged Assist RIC software platform comprising its software, configuration, transferable data and documentation. Computer hardware is not included.

LocalTorque, Polaris, CQ Diggings, SignConsole and NDTFlow are expressly excluded.

The sale is subject to buyer due diligence and agreed transaction terms. The purchaser would receive only assets specifically listed in the final agreement. No revenue, customer or profitability claims are made.
